    The automatic bread production line is designed to produce toast bread, 500g/piece, fully wrapped and sliced or halves of 250g/piece, without ends (without the slices at the end of both sides, so that the core of the product can be seen through the package), wrapped in double-layered polypropylene film with printing between the layers, the wrapping being executed tightly on the contour of the product, without subsequent clipping. The slice of bread has the following dimensions (width/height/thickness): 90/90/10 mm. The 500g product has 20 slices (without the slices at the ends of the bread, which are taken out when wrapping, while the 250g product has 10 slices (without the slice at the end). 4 kinds of products can be produced: White Toast, Graham Toast, Rye Toast and Seed Toast.
    The structure of the core is homogenous, with small pores, without holes or without a “tunnel” effect (the separation of the core from the crust) – 4 pices system. The expiry term obtained by means of the technological process provides a shelf life of minimum 30 days (thirty days) from date of fabrication, without the usage of food preservatives in the production recipes. Self life is provided with pasteurization. The plant’s output is 25 tons/24hours. The plant is foreseen for moulding of dough, which humidity range is between 40% and 50%, depending of dough flour quality (ability of water absorption). The solution covers the entire technological solution, from the storage of raw materials to the final quantitative and qualitative reception of the products.
